1) To be able to control the TS3 Server, you need to be logged in to the Client Area. As the control panel of TS3 is in the Client Area.
Step Two (2)

2) After you have successfully logged in to the Client Area, you'll find "Services" List, at the navigation bar, click it.
Step Three (3)
----------------------
3) You'll find three options in that list, select "My Services", then you'll be moved to the list of the products you have, click "Teamspeak3 Server", that's the control panel of Team Speak 3 Servers, there you can have full access and control of the Server.
